Improve your Program using Evaluations

As a program or project manager, you took the time to carefully curate your team and ensure that it consisted of varied knowledge, skills, and abilities amongst your participants. You already know that the best teams are diverse teams. Then, the team did the work they needed to do.

So, what happens now? How do you know if the team you curated was truly successful?

Incorporating team evaluations in your processes could help you determine if your team was successful, as well as highlight areas that could use improvement. As a result, you’ll be continually improving your teams and those teams will naturally produce better results.

What are evaluations exactly?

In Lineup, Evaluations allow you to collect feedback anonymously about each team member’s performance. Since each team’s work can be drastically different, Lineup utilizes evaluations through the context of a particular team. This means that those members of a specific team are being evaluated. You can determine if you prefer one evaluator or if you’d like a 360 evaluation – everyone involved evaluates everyone on the team.
