5 Lineup Features You May Have Missed

This summer has been a busy one for our Development Team! Lineup is devoted to bringing you the most up-to-date services and platform as possible, which is why we send out our Release Notes biweekly. These contain anything from new features, updates to existing ones, and to any bugs you may have encountered during your experience.

We know it’s hard to keep up with the biggest and best features we have to offer. So, whether we got lost amidst your junk mail, or if you took that long-awaited vacation- we’ve got you covered. Enjoy our compiled shortlist of some of our favorite features you may have missed in 2021!

  1. Group Mail

We introduced this feature since many of our customers wanted the option to email a group of people who aren't necessarily on a single team.

Group Email is only the beginning of expanding our communications features within Lineup!

2. Saved Views

If you find yourself applying the same filters to a list again and again, you now have the ability save those settings with a Saved View.

A Saved View automatically loads all the filters from a simple drop down. You can save these just for you, or share them with the rest of the Lineup users.

3. Team Rosters

Our Team Rosters page gives you an overall view of all the people on all of your teams. You can apply a variety of filters to pare down your list, customize the visible columns (Pro level and up), save custom views, and export the results.

4. People Search Update

We reworked the way to search for people for your upcoming opportunities. Like Team Search and Team Roster filters, we’ve added the same functionalities here. As well as giving you the option for quick filters on the side.

You can use our filters to pinpoint the people that you are looking for, save those filters into custom views for easy loading later, and view the details of the people your search turns up.

5. Homepage Refresh

New face, who this?

When you would originally log in, our homepage didn’t really provide many shortcuts or navigation features. With our refresh comes quick insights to your talent pool, our newest blog posts, and more. Log in to explore your’s now!

We may or may not have some more fun features coming to the homepage… You’ll just have wait and see.

We welcome feedback from all Lineup users, and love to hear about what updates would make your experience that much better with us. Leave a comment below with your favorite new feature, or one’s you would like to see in the next recap!

If you’re currently a Lineup user and want one of our team members to walk you through any of our features, shoot us a message!

And if you’re just learning about Lineup and want to join in on the fun, reach out and request a full demo to see if Lineup is right for your organization.
